Samsung Roasts iPhone in TVC, Implies iPhones Are For Kids
Brand rivalries are fun. Especially when disses are accurate. Like the one in this TVC for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 which implies that iPhones are for kids and that its users will eventually grow out of them. Watch:

The hook of the video surrounds an Apple user’s eventual decision to make the switch to a Samsung smartphone. Disses are made along the way, but nothing that you don’t already know: that iPhones aren’t water resistant nor are they capable of wireless charging. It’s all very cheeky and fun, but also ironic because the iPhone X will actually have those features.
At this point, it’s really all about preference. We’re at an interesting position where choosing one over the other doesn’t really push us that far back. The battle between Apple and Samsung is no longer compelling, but at least through these cheeky ads, they’re making it fun for us.
